If I could rate lower than one star, I absolutely would. This company is full of bullshit claims and repeatedly lies just to take your money. I've been told 3 different claims from directly themselves and their website which is very confusing. Their customer service is so unprofessional and disappointing, it's laughable. I've been left on delivered twice for as long as 6 days. I'm currently left on delivered right now through WhatsApp, who knows when I'll receive a response.
Context: In my situation, I asked if my package would be delivered by April 24th to the United States if I placed my order on Sunday, April 17th and I was told "yes". They claimed that their next-day dispatch collections would be delivered in 1-3 working days. However, once the window had passed I reached out again and this time was told that it takes 4-7 days. Here I was left confused about why they would make the 1-3 days claim on their website and directly to me on chat. At this point, I asked for an explanation and a reply back because my religious occasion was ruined due to their lack of transparency and lies. Here, I was left on delivered for 6 days until I reached out again saying that it's been 2 weeks without my package. In response, I was just sent my tracking number, which wasn't what I asked for. I left a long message asking for something to be done because I was lied to repeatedly about my package. The only reason I ordered from LebaasOnline was because of their claims, but turns out it was all for the money. I paid 50 dollars for ridiculous shipping, but I was desperate and they took advantage of my situation. Ridiculous customer service and I am still waiting to hear back because I received my package after 15 days when I was told 1-3 days! Ruined all of the possible occasions I could have worn my outfit too.
All I want is for this company to fix this situation because I'm left with an outfit with no where to wear it. I would have never spent $180 on a simple outfit if I knew it wouldn't come on time! Mind, I've even driven 1.5 hours to a post office for help when Leebas left me on delivered for almost a week. They have been very unprofessional and leaving a review is my last resort to get some response.
I was upfront and clear about the date, location, and the specific outfit and yet I was fooled by this company. Please get back to me with how you will fix this terrible situation.
