Lovely Jewellery but very Poor Service

Very slow communication and when they did finally respond it was an automated reply and not answering the question sent. It took well over the 1-2 weeks for delivery. I ordered in advance for an event but the item arrived after. Ordered twice with them and first time they didn’t send the items but took the money. When I raised that item not delivered they went on to say that there was a fault with item so have now cancelled order. I will never order from them again, very unreliable! Awful customer service. Item was nice but they need to sort out their delivery and communication.
