Returns and exchanges:
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for most items:
Just contact us within 24 hours from the arrival of your delivery.
Post items back to us within 7 days after delivery (in the UK) and within 14 days after delivery (Internationally).
If you wish to request for a cancellation of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. We do not accept cancellation of an order after 24 hours.
Please note we can not cancel NEXT DAY DISPATCH orders. Please contact us for more information.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and original packaging complete. Your refund will be in the form of a store credit / gift voucher which will be emailed to you within 10 working days from when we confirm receive your item.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit voucher for purchases made on our website provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order letting us know that you wish to return/exchange or cancel your order.
We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges.
Stitching/ Colour & Embellishments:
There may be a slight variation in colour & scale due to ones display screen and sizing against embellishments, this should not be a huge change or problem so it should not be a reason to return a product. The majority of our items are hand embroidered/embellished and therefore delicate and breakable in their usage while having a 5%-10% variation possibility. By placing an order on our website, you accept the possibility of variations and loosening of embellishments in comparison to the images provided on this website. Please note that we cannot guarantee that an outfit will look or fit exactly the same way on you as it does on the model based on the comparison of height and body type, or look. Please also note that accessories worn the model are not included with your order. Please note stitching detailing such as extra laces, frills, tassels and hand embellishments may not be provided in some dresses (extra embellishments are generally not provided in the fabric sets given by designer or brand) every effort is made to ensure variation is minimal.
The colour/shade of products may vary from what is shown on the image. There are many reasons for this; however, mainly, it is due to screen resolution, photography conditions, image editing.
Custom length or any other changing which varies from our standard size chart comes under customized stitching.
Customised or Made-to-Order:
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for customised/customized or made to order purchases. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If there is a slight delay in production due to alterations, please do not feel the need to make a cancellation as it will be delivered as soon as possible.
We will try our best to deliver your purchased product as soon as possible (every product has a separate delivery time, contact us for further information.)
If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by our merchandise and production partners, a refund is not possible as the order would be customised (personalised and made to order just for you).
Un-stitched or Fabric Sets
There is a Zero-Tolerance returns or refunds policy with un-stitched clothing/fabric sets.
Each and every piece is thoroughly checked and recorded before being sent out. Extra embellishments and laces, tassels, crystals etc. Are not included in unstitched fabric set orders, please check product descriptions for further information.
We request that you contact us before placing an order for un-stitched products.
High Quantity Orders
We request that you contact us before placing orders with multiple items to ensure availability and discuss delivery times.
Extra Accessories In Photography:
Accessories shown in models shoots that are not listed in the description are NOT A PART OF THE PRODUCT. Requesting a refund for this reason is not viable as these accessories are not a part of this. Of course, our design team will notify you immediately of exactly what you will be receiving with your order.
Nature of Goods:
At times the beading/sequences may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
Please note that all clothing products sold on this website are recommended to be dry-cleaned. We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing using another method or claims for variation / and or beading/sequences displacement.
JEWELLERY:
There is a zero tolerance policy for the return of earrings, necklaces, and nose chains/pieces due to hygiene reasons. This includes earrings as part of a necklace or tikka set. Please note that they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Kindly note, in case of returns the return costs are paid by the Buyer and the goods must be received in their original purchase condition and box. The Buyer is held responsible for the risk of loss, insurance arrangement and costs in case the return shipment is missing or damaged.
PER-DISPATCHED IMAGES OF EVERY PURCHASE ARE RECORDED
We have noticed that certain customers purposefully damage, misplace by sending incomplete orders, or wear orders before returning products. In order to counteract this, we keep record of each order through photographs as evidence.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
